The project has been critically analyzed and with the experience gained over the years and the numerous technologies studied.
The belief that a winning project is generated with equally winning technologies, all those technologies that did not provide adequate technical and managerial guarantees were discarded. The assessment in first analysis did not take into account investment costs and operating costs, but only after the evaluation of the technology have these aspects been considered. The reason is simple: too many projects are driven with consideration to cost, leaving aside the fact that if the technology does not meet the needs … the project will be destined to be unsuccessful. This is not the case we are describing.
It might seems too ambitious to combine such different technologies, but the winning aspect of the project is determined precisely by this assumption. In fact, in this way the limits of the intervention area are expanded, thus ensuring that the production flow in the company is constant.
Different types of rubber powders are also obtained, this allows the commercial approach of highly heterogeneous markets to each other.
This targeted approach has led to combining two different technologies in order to create a solid plant base that is not subject to doubts both in terms of functionality and performance. One tire transformation technology is based on the cryogenic concept the other on the water jet concept. Then there is also a hybrid formula that will represent the new frontier of end-of-life tire recovery.

In order to keep all the systems in full working order, an equipped maintenance area must also be built.
For the management of incoming materials, of the outgoing product and to search for new applications, a fully equipped analysis laboratory is to be set up, for which the test procedures will be certified.
