It is designed to handle less tires then the original systems for working on a ship. This configuration is capable of efficient remediation of tires and at the same time it is a workshop that can be sent close to the customer area of operation. From our analysis many potential customers, in South America for example, can easily transfer the tires to a port, we’re talking about mining companies with a large amount of truck and OTR tires. This would be a solution to a real problem, so if there are customers with a problem the business exists.
The original ship is a cargo type, modified to receive two systems, one TCS and one TWJS, with reduced production capacity.
At first stage we will install the TWJS, for testing the receptivity of the market, than, in the second stage we will install a TCS also. The cargo ship type is the best platform for having a movable factory at variable locations for ETG, not far from the coast allows for easy access, for all the procedures of charging and discharging, maintenance to the systems and for the ship.
On the TFFS we have the possibility of having the stock of row materials as well as stock of crumb rubber for special pickup and delivery. The output quality will be the same as produced on a land Facility.
